These terms cover your use of the APEX app and its calendar feed, made by WeForBit, a brand of Sumarios & Resumos, Unipessoal, Lda ("we"). By using APEX you agree to them.

Unofficial app

APEX is an unofficial fan app. It is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing B.V.

Team names, logos and liveries, car images, driver names, numbers and photographs, circuit names and race titles belong to their respective owners. APEX uses them only to identify the teams, drivers and events it shows. We claim no ownership of them, and no endorsement by their owners is implied. If you own any of this material and want it removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

Information in the app

Standings, results and calendar data come from Jolpica F1 and other public sources. Session times, results and live information can be late, change or be wrong. Don't rely on APEX for anything where accuracy matters (for example betting or travel), and check official sources for confirmed times.

Fan room

Reactions and polls are for fun. Don't try to manipulate votes or overload the service. We can limit or remove access to protect it.

Availability

APEX is provided as is and free of charge. We may change, pause or end features, including live alerts and the calendar feed, at any time. Notifications depend on your phone, its settings and third-party delivery services, so they may arrive late or not at all.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using APEX or from information in it being incomplete, late or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Portuguese law applies.
